The RegioClusterAgency for Innovation and Transformation in Baden-Württemberg, or RegioClusterAgency BW or RCA BW for short, is the central point of contact for cluster initiatives, economic development agencies and regional innovation intermediaries in Baden-Württemberg. Our goal: to actively shape structural change and drive regional transformation – within the framework of the 2021-2027 funding period of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). We support the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism in implementing the state's cluster and economic policy objectives. In close cooperation with politicians and other state agencies, we identify transformation needs, develop solutions and promote strategic cooperation at regional level. In this way, we make a significant contribution to promoting strong, competitive and innovative regions and clusters.
With tailor-made services, we support regional players such as cluster management, economic development agencies, lead organisations and other innovation intermediaries in identifying and building on their strengths. This close cooperation creates a sustainable innovation system that encourages regional economies to adapt flexibly and quickly to new circumstances and to be more resilient to change.
