Further training and qualification

The RegioClusterAgency for Innovation and Transformation in Baden-Württemberg offers continuing education and exchange formats for players in the regional innovation landscape. The offerings are aimed at cluster management, economic development agencies, lead organisations and other innovation intermediaries.

The formats help participants to further develop their technical, methodological and strategic skills and to reflect on their own organisational work. Against the backdrop of changing economic conditions, they help to adequately meet the requirements of modern cluster and innovation landscapes.

TalentCamp

TalentCamp is aimed at young professionals and provides knowledge and tools for collaboration between businesses, politics and research. In addition to technical aspects, personal skills are also addressed. The aim is to prepare young talent for tasks in cluster management and innovation promotion.

RegioClusterLab BW

The format offers regional stakeholders the opportunity to work together on complex issues relating to regional transformation. Experience and perspectives are incorporated into the development of solutions. A flexible, experimental approach is planned in terms of content and methodology. The RegioClusterLab BW is limited in time and ends once the respective issue has been resolved.
